1. General Policy

All donations made to With You For You Foundation are considered final and non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed and a tax-exemption receipt (if applicable) has been generated, we cannot reverse the transaction.

2. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund only under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical Errors: If an amount is erroneously deducted twice from your account due to a technical glitch on the website or the payment gateway.
